Founded by Jeremy Goillot (ex. Head of Growth Spendesk), the main mission of Growth.Talent is to create and animate a community represented by the different growth professions. The members of the community aim to shed light on the true culture of growth and to recruit more and more profiles in order to promote a better understanding of the diversity of its professions.
One of the main challenges was to set up a large-scale job board (Welcome to the jungle like) containing about 100 offers posted on the platform simultaneously. This is a collaborative project between the Anagram design team and Mazette for webflow
Our main recommendation was related to the plan to choose (Business) for the launch of the website in order to allow the estimated number of visitors and exeed the limit of 2500 forms / month.
To avoid taking a risk at the time of production, Growth.Talent chose to switch to an Enterprise plan allowing a number of custom form requests.
The identity of Growth.Talent (designed by Emmanuel Julliot from Anagram) is based in part on its stickers, which can be declined endlessly.
As a marker of its own graphic identity and bringing its own dose of lightness to the website, the sticker is disseminated within several pages and animated in order to give life to Growth.Talent!
